Rosanna Dovgala
Managing Partner
With nearly twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry, Rosanna holds a master’s degree in nonprofit finance and management from the University of Pennsylvania. Her most recent position was as founding member of Allegiance Consulting Associates handling strategic planning, marketing, and operations for both physician and hospital revenue cycle for a diverse array of clients throughout New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She also served as Vice President a global management/consulting firm, where she managed client projects and relationships throughout the country that yielded more than $30 million of revenue annually. Working daily with internal operations staff, Rosanna focuses on maximizing cash for providers by maintaining an open line of communication with clients to ensure that all key areas of revenue recovery were identified. With specialties in compliance and regulatory affairs, Rosanna has strategized and executed high priority engagements to assist clients in addressing and preparing for changes impacting their revenue stream. She served for many years in government, most notably as the Deputy Chief of Staff for the NJ Department of Health. During her tenure, Rosanna served as the lead strategist on controversial, high profile issues affecting regulatory structure, legislative matters, and budgetary issues. She serves as a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and the American Association for Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM).
Kristi Jadczak
Managing Partner
Kristi has been in the healthcare industry for more than fifteen years and has a strong reputation for successfully managing Full Business Office Outsources for a variety of hospitals in excess of $30 million in revenue per month. She specializes in recovery management for a diversity of healthcare systems. With an in-depth knowledge of the full revenue cycle of a hospital, Kristi is able to blend both the billing and third party recovery operations to create a high-functioning department that can manage billing, insurance verification, follow-up, and appeals, as well as target every additional aspect of the revenue cycle that involves the different types of payers, payment mechanisms and contractual issues. With IT and technological savvy, Kristi is able to maximize revenue recovery from every angle utilizing every tool at her disposal. Extensive experience in contract management and strategic recoveries, she is adept at identifying underpayments, negotiating settlements, and developing tactical and targeted A/R teams both nationally and abroad.
John Esposito
Mr. Esposito earned both his BS degree in Finance and his MBA degree in Accounting at St. John’s University. He began his healthcare career in 1992 at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where he was the Supervisor of Financial Production in the Physician Billing Department. In 1996 he took a position with Sound Shore Medical Center of Westchester (formerly New Rochelle Medical Center) as the Director of Physician Billing. In 1999 John took the position of Director of Physician Billing at South Nassau Communities Hospital. Each position enabled Mr. Esposito to learn the intricacies of practice management, the revenue cycle and financial reporting. Mr. Esposito is also a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). Mr. Esposito ran a privately owned physician billing company for twenty years which focused on multi-specialty and hospital based practices.
Apexa Patel
Sr. Vice President, Operations
Apexa has extensive experience with every aspect of the revenue cycle. For more than 20 years, she has been intricately involved in the development of quality measures and performance metrics for clients to ensure all expectations of deliverables are met. Her ability to analyze trends and issues in the revenue cycle is only surpassed by her IT experience, which includes every major hospital system, clearinghouse, and primary ancillary systems. She also has extensive billing experience for both government and non-governmental payers during her previous tenure at Apollo Health Street.
Lenny Morrison
Sr. Vice President, Self-Pay & Eligibility Services
Lenny Morrison is an accomplished Senior Vice President at Sierra Health Group, overseeing the management of over $40 million in client revenue. With nearly three decades of experience in the revenue cycle management industry, Lenny has consistently exceeded expectations. His expertise is particularly strong in Medicaid and Charity Care eligibility services, where his strategic insights have made a significant impact. Lenny began his career with the New Jersey Division of Youth and Family Services (DYFS) as a County caseworker before transitioning to the private sector. In his subsequent roles, he played a pivotal part in developing a company-wide initiative to provide field services to New Jersey hospitals. Lenny managed the state's eligibility product line, leveraging his deep understanding of hospital revenue cycles to address complex revenue cycle challenges, including patient access and self-pay collections. At Sierra Health Group, Lenny has been instrumental in developing and implementing operating procedures for both on-site and off-site eligibility programs. His initiatives have significantly reduced self-pay receivables and overall bad debt for clients. Lenny has also established inroads into the New Jersey County Board of Social Services and is a listed member of the State DMAHS Community Collaborative. A proven facilitator, Lenny is deeply committed to client satisfaction, cultivating strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients, federal and state agencies, and community organizations. Beyond his professional achievements, Lenny is dedicated to his community, volunteering with nonprofit organizations such as Eva's Village and St. Paul's Community Development in Paterson, NJ. Lenny holds a B.A. from William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey. He resides in Middlesex County with his wife and daughter.
Cindy Loney
Assistant Vice President, Operations
